The Inside Form:
I have had several requests for plans of the inside forms that I use to build guitars. Therefore, I have decided to roll out these plans at this time. Also included with these plans will be a guitar workboard, which is another essential guitar building tool. After all, the quality of your finished product will only be as good as the forms you constructed.

These Forms will allow you to maintain accuracy in your plan by having an accurately cut form that will allow you the ease and flexibility with which to make your new guitar.
I will have a full set of guitar inside form/workboard for each style of guitar plan that I publish. You can either purchase them on this page or from the Plan Shop page.
These Plans Will Consist Of Three Detailed Sheets::
Guitar Inside Form Plan:This plan show all shapes, dimensions, fasteners etc., needed to make the form very accurately. I call out materials and the features of the Inside Form.
Side and End Elevations:: This supplements the top view above. It shows the depth and dimensions of the form, how to attach removable end blocks and the hardware required for each. Also I’ve shown alternate securement of the end blocks with threaded inserts.
Guitar Workboard: This is a rather simple jig to make, but a very important one. I show the guitar outline, strapping securement studs, neck extension and access port.

Note that the inside form/workboard is the same for the Kasha, Ramirez, Torres, and Bouchet are all the same shapes. Therefore if you order one set, they will work for all the guitars.
Also note that the Grand Auditorium 6 and 12 String Guitars use the same Inside Form and Workboard.
